Job Summary

Creating and maintaining profitable relationship with clients while maximizing investment strategies designed to achieve their financial goals in the Elgin, IL branch.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Able to acquire and manage assets of HNW clients 
  • Maximize investment strategies designed to achieve HNW clients financial goals 
  • Evaluate target audiences and the competitive landscape for strategic and tactical planning
  • Offer the firm to prospective clients to deliver its value proposition and its brand strategy. 
  • Ensure client’s needs are aligned with investment results. 
  • Develop and continue to grow a profitable book of business.
  • Meet client expectations and produce a substantial retention rate.
  • Able to navigate clients through all market conditions and economic cycles.
  • Persuasive communicator
  • Able to acquire and manage assets of HNW clients  


  • Must have a verifiable three year track record of six figure income.
  • Experience selling to high net worth investors.

  • Book of Business around $30 million  

  • Trailing 12 Month Income around $300,000  

  • Will consider a smaller book of business and T12 for FA's in business (2 - 5 years).

  • Series 7 License

  • A clean U4, U5, CRD

  • High ratio of fee based business
